We have host family's in Cambridge, Ely, London and the surrounding home counties. We also arrange accommodation in hostels, guest houses and hotels, but have found over the past few years that the host family accommodation programme is very popular and is reasonably priced.
Ely, Cambridgeshire with its countryside atmosphere and farming community is the main village where Economy and standard families are available; this is a short train journey of approx 15 minutes into Central Cambridge. Ely has a beautiful cathedral which can be visited at leisure, it has lots of history to discover, museums local shops and restaurants to visit. Cambridge has a wide variety of shops, museums and cathedrals to visit. It also has lots of language schools to study at and old universities to see.
London is a large and very busy multicultural society, it has a vast amount of museums, cathedrals and places to visit; too many to name.
Host family accommodation comprises of living with an English speaking family in an area of the city you request on your application. Having a choice of meals to suit the individual or group, which can include either full board, breakfast and an evening meal, breakfast and a packed lunch, just breakfast, self catering or room only, staying in travel zones 1-2-3-4 and 5 (zones 4-5 and 6 are for large groups wanting to be close to each other).
ANYONE CAN STAY IN HOME STAY, FROM A SINGLE PERSON TO TWO SHARING A TWIN ROOM, OR FAMILIES SHARING A TRIPLE ROOM, TO GROUPS OF SIXTY OR MORE IN ONE AREA. THIS INCLUDES STUDENTS, BACKPACKERS, TOURISTS, MUM, DAD, CHILDREN, GRANDMA & GRANDPA, TEACHERS AND COACH DRIVERS.

Group and school bookings requiring large amounts of home stay should contact us directly for a quote as the prices are different depending on the size of the groups and meal type.
We are very aware that students coming to the U.K. for the first time, alone, can find it to be a very frightening and daunting time, we offer a service that can collect guests from the airport and take them directly to the host family home, ensuring some one will be at the home stay to greet the guest, the drivers never leave until the student has entered the home stay we give a continuing service during the whole time of the students stay, which includes matters concerning work, education, bank accounts, doctors and visa extensions to any personal matters that they may want to discuss with some one in confidence.

The host families give guests a key so they can come and go as they please, there are no time limits at the family homes but guests arriving home late should remember that the family may be sleeping. Meal times will be discussed between the guest and the host family on arrival. The family will explain the best and the cheapest ways to get to and from the school, college or university you are attending or just to see sights. Most visitors become very good friends with the host families they stay with. Some guests still correspond with families they stayed with ten years earlier, and what better way to learn or improve your English by living and speaking the language every day. We know you will have a very pleasant stay.
